A hands on, interactive 16-hour Level 3 First Aid course.

This two day course covers a large range of first aid practices including CPR.  You’ll be practicing your skills in outdoor environments including steep ground.

There are no pre-requisites for this First Aid course. First Aid Courses are here to help learn, develop and refresh your First Aid skills. Prior First Aid knowledge is amazing but not essential.

This certificate is valid for 3-years.

At the end of the course there is a 25 question multiple choice paper. It will cover key topics covered in the 2-days of training.

If you require extra time please speak to your First Aid provider.

  • Sensible warm clothes that can get mucky

  • Decent footwear, you’ll be on steep ground

  • Bring a packed lunch, drink, notepad, pen and an enthusiasm to learn some new skills
